1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lediauniverzuma.com and the purchase of digital products offered there. The website is operated by Ildikó Horváth, a sole proprietor registered in Hungary, trading as Lédia's Universe (“we”, “us” or “Seller”). By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you accept these Terms.

2. Products

We offer digital audio and written products for wellness and personal wellbeing: subliminals, affirmation audio, guided meditations and workbooks. We also offer personalised products (custom subliminals and custom affirmations) created specifically for you based on your order. All products are delivered digitally; Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). When you click a buy button, you pay in Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing payment, collecting applicable taxes, issuing receipts and handling billing disputes. 4. Delivery

For standard digital products, you receive access immediately after successful payment (usually within minutes) via a download link sent by Lemon Squeezy.

Personalised products (custom subliminals, custom affirmations) are made to order: the finished piece is delivered to you by email within 1 week of payment.

If you don't receive your product, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. By starting the download or delivery, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your consumer right of withdrawal for digital content (per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014).

Personalised products are made to your specification; the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

If you experience a technical problem with a purchased product, contact us and we'll do everything we can to resolve it. In the case of duplicate charges or a clear billing error, we will work with Lemon Squeezy to resolve the matter.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use of the purchased digital product. This means:

• You may use the product solely for your own personal wellbeing. • You may not share, distribute, resell, sublicense or otherwise transfer the product to any third party. • You may not use the product commercially, including public performance, broadcast, incorporation into commercial services or resale. • You may not modify it or create derivative works without the Seller's express written permission. • You may not upload it to file-sharing platforms, streaming services or public storage.

The licence granted is strictly for individual personal use. Any breach of these terms results in immediate termination of the licence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on lediauniverzuma.com — including audio files, texts, graphics and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ildikó Horváth (Lédia's Universe) and is protected by applicable copyright law. Purchasing a product transfers no ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital wellness products are provided solely for informational and personal wellbeing purposes. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional with any health concern. Products are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lédia's Universe (Ildikó Horváth) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned. This limitation does not affect consumers' statutory rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union regulations. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the conciliation body competent for your place of residence, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
